Discovered this tiny place last year thanks to Instagram and I have been a regular visitor since. If you are in the Castelli Romani area and want to eat a tasty and mouth-watering hamburgers with unexpected yet delicious ingredients, this is the place to go. Be that for a dinner or an aperitivo, i highly recommend this.
Loved the food and the atmosphere, nice little gem in Genzano. we had the VietBao, Onion Rings and Brisket meatballs plus a couple of awesome burgers. great portions, we'll definitely come back 🍔🍟
We found this particular place by chance and I highly recommend trying it at least once, it is striking for its quiet and welcoming atmosphere, but above all for the particularity of the menu offered. All very good!
I recommend the "mix bao" appetizer to get a taste of the various options on the menu.

Located in a downhill alley in Genzano. The table was near where the rubbish was deposited... on the other hand the sandwiches were very good and the beer was excellent. The service was fast and attentive. Overall good experience although, considering the location, the prices seem excessive to me.

Excellent quality of food, excellent combination of fairly refined ingredients I would say.
I also appreciated the 3 variations of homemade mayonnaise, really delicious.
Very kind staff and answered all my curiosities about bacon jam, oriental sauces and Sicilian wine (very good).
Truly incredible steamed bread, same thing for the squid ink brioche bread!
I was also struck by the choice of beers on the menu, a truly excellent choice and different from the usual ones on the market.

I went back several times with different people who wanted to try it, so I always had the opportunity to try different things, even dishes off the menu.
Friendly and prepared staff.
I sat both outside and inside and I also like the decor, but I prefer outside, more intimate and relaxed.
Super dishes: pork Bao, meat, pulled pork, Pancheese and Pavlova among the desserts! (When there's peanut cheesecake with salted caramel and popcorn, there's no story for anyone).
I was expecting a pub and I find myself in a restaurant whose main dishes are burgers. However, this does not detract from the place at all, in fact I must say that the products are of great quality. I tasted hummus accompanied by focaccia as a starter and I must say very good. I continued with a burger called Bruce Lee: Asian Style flavored chianina, classic mayo, D.O.P. Aosta Valley fontina, crispy bacon, carrot, daikon and peanut salad. All accompanied by amber beer from the L'Olmaia brewery.
